~Are your autographs and other memorabilia authentic?

Yes, unless otherwise specified in the product description, you will receive a certificate of authenticity with your purchase.

~What is your return policy?

Redman collectibles will accept returns within 14 days with proof of purchase on all items. However, each collection (ie, autographed memorabilia, trading cards, etc) has different rules regarding that return due to the sensitivity and value of the collectibles we sell. ALL COLLECTIONS’ RETURN POLICIES ARE STATED ON OUR SHIPPING AND RETURNS PAGE IN THEIR ENTIRITY.

~Where is Redman Collectibles located?

Currently, Redman Collectibles does not have a brick-and-mortar location. We do, however, have offices in Wilmington, Delaware. Redman Collectibles also hosts occasional pop-up shops and other events in and around Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey, but not limited to. Check out our Events and Giveaways Page for a complete list of upcoming events as they become scheduled. We will usually post any upcoming events on our Home Page.

~Do you have hours of operation for customer service and questions ?

Redman Collectibles is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week for customer service, questions, and information by our emailing us info@redmancollectibles.com or by leaving a message on the Contact Form found on our Contact Us Page. Someone will repsond within 24 hours.

Although we generally obtain those items from our own trusted sources, occasionally, YES, Redman Collectibles will buy or trade the above items if there is a need for it in our stock. You can send us the completed form found on our BUY OR TRADE page or click here. Please send clear photographs of your items with the form.

~Where will Redman Collectibles ship purchases, and how long will it take for me to receive my items?

We offer a variety of shipping options and we will ship anywhere in the USA and most international locations.Shipping times vary with an average time of 5 days; please allow 48 hours for processing. ~Do You Appraise Collectibles, Memorabilia, and Cards?

At this t,ime Redman Collectibles uses a third-party appraiser for the authenticity of OUR items. We do not appraise customers’ own personal collections.
